Directors and Officers Liability

• Board Members can be held personally responsible for acts of your organization. This liability policy will pay for Directors' legal costs and damages awarded against them.
• Covers the liability risks for the activities of board members. Without this coverage, board members personal assets could be at risk for a decision made by the board.

General Liability

• Covers the operational activities of your organization against legal liability for claims of bodily injury or property damage.
• Extends to cover the activities of volunteers

• $10,000 contents coverage with a $500 deductible
